As the producer of the latest season of the Peabody-nominated podcast 70 Million, I was responsible for managing all aspects of the production of the highly-reported narrative series. I managed production schedules for seven freelance reporters and internally coordinated production between editors and sound engineers. I also wrote and produced this episode.

As the video editor for OWN Network’s Trails to Triumphs, I recorded remote interviews and edit video podcast episodes for the show, including the creation of motion graphics and social media assets. I also created interview prep sheets and helped pitch and book celebrity guests.

In my rotating role on host Alicia Menendez’s podcast, Latina to Latina, I was initially cutting interviews down from 60 minutes to 20 minutes and assisting with booking guests. I later stepped into the Ad-Ops lead and was responsible for all advertising, including helping with the execution of live events and creating assets for and planning social media campaigns.

As video editor of The Groow Zone, I handled all video postproduction needs to create full-length video podcast episodes. I also created original motion graphics and social media clips for the show.

As the photo editor for seasons 3-5, I worked with freelance reporters to identify main characters in their reported, narrative stories about the ways the criminal justice system impacts everyday Americas. I hired freelance photographers from across the country and planned photo shoots and talked through photo concepts to achieve editorial-style portraits for the podcast’s website and social media posts.
